How do I redeem a Peach Gift Card?
|
To redeem your Peach Gift Card simply visit http://ncarpenter.peachcollection.com/ or click this link to begin your order. After you have entered your Gift Card number you will have the value of your gift card deducted from your order. Any remaining funds will remain on your Gift Card. Your Gift Card will remain active until its entire value has been redeemed through Peach purchases.

How long is a Peach Gift Card good for?

Your Peach Gift Card is as timeless as the silver used in each Peach Creation. Your Gift Card will remain valid indefinitely until 100% of its funds have been used towards a Peach purchase.

What is the Peach Collection’s return policy?
|
Each Peach creation caries our 30 day superior craftsmanship satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with a Peach item simply send the item back to Peach. Peach will honor any returns made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To process a return, you must first request a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) from the Juvio Customer Support department (480-315-8846 or email support@juvio.com). Please include the order invoice number in all correspondences regarding a particular product return. Once your return request is approved and you are issued an official RAN, you must return the Peach product(s) to Juvio Corporation, at your own expense, with the product package bearing the RAN in full view.

Upon receipt and verification of the RAN, all applicable refunds will be processed within three (3) business days with said refunding being applied to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
Once your item is received by Peach you will be given the option of a Peach credit or refund processed through your payment method. Note: For partial returns of Peach of the month sets, a gift certificate for the full value of the returned item will be issued. Peach does not offer refunds for partial returns of Peach of the month sets.

How do I obtain a Return Authorization Number?

To notify Peach of your desire to return product(s) within the allowable return period, simply contact Juvio Customer Support at 480-315-8846 or email support@juvio.com. Our friendly Customer Service representative will assist you with great professionalism.

How do I give Peach of the month as a gift?
|
Peach makes giving a Peach of the month set as user friendly as possible. Simply enter the address of the recipient of our gift in the shipping address section during order checkout. Note: Your billing and shipping addressed do not have to be identical to place your order.

Do I have to log into my account to place an order?
|
Once you have successfully made a Peach order you will instantly be set up with your own Peach account. Your account information is securely stored to allow ease of future orders.

When will my credit card be charged for monthly orders?
|
The original date of your order will establish your billing/anniversary date for all subsequent product shipments. Each month you will receive another Peach of the month set until you have received the Peach Collection items in their entirety or have canceled your account.

By logging into your Peach account you can access and control the next Peach of the month set that will be shipped.
